PSU Clientele

Primary Clients

1. CIDA programs, branches and projects
2. Other project personnel working on CIDA project business, including:

 Consultants;
 Program/project partners

Secondary Clients

Subject to the approval of the Councelor, Head of Cooperation (HOC), the PSU may provide services to secondary clients if PSU resources are available and such services do not detract from important PSU operations:

 Foreign Affairs Canada
 Other Canadian Government Departments

Other Clients

Subject to changes in the CIDA or PSU guidelines, and at the discretion of the HOC and PSU Director, the PSU may provide services to other clients if resources are available and services do not detract from main PSU operations.

Services to clients will be provided either through the PSU’s internal resources, by contracting locally engaged consultants, or a combination of the two.
