Sustaining Key Changes in Primary Schools in Egypt:

Reflections of the STEPS II Project STEPS II

Purpose: to highlight key STEPS II successes for sustainability.
Keynote Address: Sustaining Positive Change in Primary Education: Dr. Gary Anderson
Purpose: Dr. Anderson will frame the day, asking participants to consider several big questions as they participate in sessions.  Examples of possible questions:

  • What have been the key changes?
  • How has change happened?
  • What do organizations need to do to change?
  • How do organizations disseminate information to others about change?

Concurrent Sessions – participants will break up into three groups to discuss the three areas that STEPS II has a unique approach in:

  • Rights Based Approach
  • Leadership
  • Professional Development

Wrap up and reporting on the findings form the concurrent sessions
